My name is Paloma Sol. I am a therapist, a caretaker of the Earth, and a contemplator of Life. I enjoy harvesting wild vegetables in my forest garden and observing the sky. I see in the clouds, the wind, and the trees the same rhythms that exist within us and that guide our lives.
Paloma means Dove of Peace. My life's aspiration is: to follow the path of Peace alongside Humanity and Nature, in Reverence and Gratitude for Life. To cultivate seeds of Compassion and Communion in our human hearts. And to know the essence of Life.
My life
Origins:
I was born and raised on the coastal shores of the Brazilian Atlantic Forest, in sacred lands that were inhabited many centuries ago by our Tupi-Guarani Indigenous Ancestors. In my blood live African Ancestors from Ethiopia, brought to Brazil during the era when slavery was "normalized." In my blood live Indigenous Ancestors who lived in communion with the Amazon Rainforest. In my blood live European Ancestors who came to these tropical lands in search of a home. In my blood lives the sunlight photo-synthesized by plants and the breath I share with all beings on Earth.
In addition to ethnic and ecological diversity, neurodiversity (autism spectrum) has also taught me to explore reality in a holistic way.
University Education and Educational Specializations:
After graduating in Geography from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, I traveled throughout Latin America to learn about the profound relationship between Humanity and Nature. I visited Quilombola Communities in the Jalapão deserts, Indigenous and Riverside Communities in the Amazon, Andean Communities in Peru and Bolivia, and Caiçara Communities in the coastal Atlantic Forest. In addition to Agroecological Communities. With the people of the forests and mountains, of the rivers and seas, I learned the path of pain, healing, and Love. The path of Gratitude.

These experiences guided me to a profound encounter with my inner life. And the currents carried me to Asia, where I was able to immerse myself for two decades in the path of contemplation, living in Buddhist and Hindu monasteries. These sacred lands taught me to cultivate the Light of Life that guides our path and blesses us with every breath. That awakens Harmony, Compassion, and Communion.

This journey of inner transformation finally led me through the realm of psychotherapy, where I joined a global community dedicated to personal and planetary healing, where science and ancient wisdom intertwine to serve evolving humanity. At the confluence of all these paths, life teaches me that the path of healing and love unfolds naturally when we open ourselves to the awareness of our Intrinsic Communion: the indivisibility of our Personal Existence and Universal Existence.
And the path continues. White clouds, storms and thunder, sunny dawns and an Ocean of Life. Learning to live in this immense Blue Sky.
