Learn more about Céu Azul Therapy
The therapeutic encounter is an opportunity to recognize and honor the organicity within each of us – the intrinsic living wisdom that guides the process of transformation and harmonization that naturally emerges when we care for our inner reality and our interconnections. It is an opportunity to reconcile ourselves with both the complexities and the fullness of Life.
Somatic therapies offer diverse and personalized practices for regulating the nervous system, helping physiology and psyche return to healthier states of dynamic balance. The practices involve the integration of body, mind, and breath, cultivating psychosomatic resilience, as well as a more conscious and harmonious life.
In a systemic approach that integrates elements of Neuroscience, Buddhist Psychology, and Ecology, we have the opportunity to explore and understand the mechanisms and dynamics of the mind and body – including neural circuits, the nervous system, the emotional field, and the bioenergetic field. Encompassing both the interrelationships within our personal system and the relationships with cultural, social, and ecological systems. It also involves using this knowledge to gradually rewire neural circuits and patterns of thought and habits, cultivating individual and collective well-being. Cultivating clarity, compassion, and connection.
Blue Sky is a therapy that honors diversity. Neurodiversity, cultural, ethnic, social, religious, ecological, gender, and geographical diversity. Our intention is to welcome each person who seeks to walk in awareness and harmony, honoring the organic nature, the intrinsic wisdom that guides the path of each individual and community.
Cultivating a culture of care is a gift to the world. Our internal transformations reflect positively in our presence, in our daily communities, and reverberate throughout the planet.

“Compassion is born from our ability to listen deeply and understand. When the waters of compassion begin to spring forth in our hearts and minds, we begin to develop concrete responses to a situation."
"Compassion and loving-kindness are invincible and limitless.”

“Healing is a lifestyle. It's not a technique. It's about getting back to the heart of what our bodies and souls need for health, living within the rhythms and the cycles of the land. You have to be in touch with the land and your body.”
